Side split, probably harder than front split for me due to an injury I had in 2018. These 2 are 5 days apart but feels different. The one I did on the 9th, my left inner thigh was pulling and I can't go down any further. The one on the 13th, I can go down easier but my hip were pulling from the back and the sides 🤔 still have a hard time going back up though 😂 1 min hold x 2 sets.

Regardless, still progress. Thank you @bern_cw for PT today 🙈 can't wait for sores tomorrow to see if I work the right muscle earlier hahaha
